CSA-1250 is the most ideal quality pan lubrication and perfect separating agent for the product and the pan, produced for pans, trays and special molds used in the production of confectionery with high sugar content, sweet yeast dough, cakes and derivatives with advanced production capacities, designed in accordance with spraying systems.

Although CSA-1250 pan lubricating oil is exposed to oxygen and very high furnace temperatures up to 250 °C, it is a superior quality oil that does not cause deterioration starting with oxidation and eventually carbonization through polymerization as a result of not contacting with Oxygen compared to ordinary oils.
