Features

  • It is made from vegetable oils. (Such as Soybean, Sunflower, Palm Oil)
  • Couverture and cocolin give excellent results in fondant/soft candy production. It eliminates surface cracking problems in coated products.
  • CSA-30 is a product produced in the "Anhydrous Oil" class for use in the food industry.
  • It does not contain cholesterol.
  • It maintains its freshness for 12 months from the date of production.

Storage Conditions: 18-20 °C. (Odorless and cool environments are sufficient.)
